My best guess is that it is likely a Catalina issue (like so many others) but I have no way to confirm it. Still, the Microsoft Teams app wont open MacBook, Mac Its time you should delete and reinstall the Teams App from Mac. Edit1- I have discovered that an old iMac running Sierra (not High Sierra) does not have this problem. Please note that Teams for your personal life is not currently available in China.
